Responsibilities

Assist The Chief Marketing Officer with general tasks including but not limited to: travel plans, reservations, meeting planning, scheduling errands outside of office and more.
Support the Marketing team with online research, copy writing, special events, and social media needs.
Act as Project Manager to assist in the completion of larger scale marketing tasks.
Reports directly to Quirky’s CMO, Marina Hahn.

Qualifications:

3+ years of marketing, project management or related experience.
Outstanding written, communication and interpersonal skills.
A preference for and ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Master planning and contingency planning skills.
Scheduling is your bread and butter.
Obsessive attention to detail.
A passion for Quirky.
