The Role
The Central Marketing department within Bloomberg is made up of various resources to support the Business Unit Marketing Managers and businesses across the company. Within this department, the Integrated Marketing Communications team partners with Marketing leads in each business on creating communications plans that help achieve their marketing objectives; develop creative to communicate to internal and external audiences; and execute those plans.

This position is for an IMC Program Manager specifically focused on the Media businesses here at Bloomberg - Bloomberg Television, Mobile, Radio, Markets Magazine, Web, and Cross-Platform initiatives. This person collaborates with marketing managers within each business unit to create and execute advertising campaigns across house, barter and paid media buys; internal communications programs; email campaigns; and supports research and brand strategy projects. This person will need to adept at figuring out creative solutions to communications plans and execution, and bringing together the right resources inside and outside the company to accomplish the goal.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Field requests and new briefs from Marketing Managers; set plans for how to get from beginning to end on projects
- Partner with Internal Agency stakeholders to create timelines, processes, and source/manage resources including internal and external resources
- Manage multi-platform advertising campaigns, including display advertising, landing pages, print, out-of-home, and email
- Organize and manage media plans for house properties and barter agreements
- Manage photography, talent, and all other logistical aspects of campaigns on an ongoing basis
- Track and deliver results reports for campaign activity; provide recommendations for optimization

Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree is required
- 4-6 years experience at an advertising agency or similar role, with background in executing multi-platform advertising campaigns
- Understanding of media plans, and mechanisms to track and report the performance of campaigns
- Excellent project management and organizational skills; adept at applying new knowledge and learning to improve processes
- Motivated by fast paced, constantly changing, and complex environments; is excited at the idea of "figuring it out" to get things done, rather than being told how to do it
- Equally adept at collaborating with teams across departments and levels, and working independently without a lot of direction - a self starter
- Demonstrated experience working with creative teams, providing direction and managing projects
