Job Requirements:
The Executive Editor is responsible for :
-Managing a team of editors and monitoring of performance
-Formulating each issue’s lineup with the input of section editors
-Conceiving, assigning and editing a variety of columns and long-form features
-Top Editing the magazine
-Working with the Director of Digital to ensure synergy between Latina.com and the magazine
-Attending meetings pertaining to brand extension projects

-Minimum 10 years of editorial experience, at least four of which have been at a senior level
-Ability to juggle multiple projects and responsibilities at once
-Management and leadership experience
-High-level of creativity and sharp editorial eye
-Interest in and knowledge of Latino culture a must
