The Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for assisting the Senior New Business Manager in the online and digital execution of magazine subscription campaigns.

This includes:

•The creation of website banners, order pages, SEM landing pages, and social marketing campaigns
•Working closely with creative project managers, internal and freelance designer on new creative projects from start to finish and being able to meet tight deadlines
•Analyze the performance of online subscription campaigns by tracking impression, orders, clicks, and conversions
•Submit traffic request forms for new creative, trouble shoot problems and monitor online assets on a daily basis
•Create URLS, key codes, and tags for all online promotions

This position will also work closely with the Senior Director – List Management, Agency, & Partnership in the creation and execution of new partnerships and agent promotions.

This includes:

•Research, develop, and execute potential partner prospect list and pitch decks for new and upcoming partnerships
•Point person for day-to-day needs of partners, vendors, and agents
•Handling backend fulfillment of all partnership programs, creative tasks, contracts, and ABC approvals.
•Assisting with authorizations, Xeroxing and communicating with partners and agents
•Invoicing, forecasting, and budgeting on a weekly/monthly basis of expenses and production
•Track all internal emails to insure schedules are met and creative is approved.


•Minimum of 2 years publishing experience with knowledge of consumer marketing or direct marketing
•Minimum 1 year in a agency or vendor relation role working closely with vendors/agency on booking business
•Familiarity with key codes, URLS, and various tags (Coremetric and DART)
•Proven track record at developing compelling presentation materials and proposals
•Extensive knowledge of budgeting and forecasting agency/partnership business
•Excellent attention to detail, superior communication, multi-tasking and follow-up skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel and Power Point is a must
