Join LeadDog, one of the fastest growing truly integrated marketing agencies in the country, and its burgeoning strategic communications team, as our newest Social Media Manager.
The Social Media Manager will work with the Director to develop and implement social media strategies for clients and prospective clients. In integrated agency fashion, you'll work closely with Public Relations, Brand Promotions, Digital/Creative, Influencer Marketing, and Business Development to ensure an integrated social media strategy that drives results and buzz.
The ideal candidate will have Agency Experience, a personal love for social media and utilize networks on a daily basis. In addition, this position requires an entrepreneurial, strategic, curious, sharp, ambitious self-starter who is constantly looking for new and innovative approaches to marketing campaigns. One who wants to help build something unique and keeps up with the trends but is more interested in creating them.
•Provide strategic guidance and counsel for digital and integrated campaigns across all practice areas including development of social media campaign ideas, strategic approach, presentations, and oversight of tactical execution
•Management of key client projects, including: serving as a day-to-day digital advice consultant, oversight of project work-in-progress ensuring quality is always of the highest standard, including on-time and on-budget delivery
•Assist in the identification and acquisition of new business opportunities
•Manage ad-hoc requests and incoming assets from the client seamlessly
•Engage in editorial planning and writing
•Contribute to LeadDog’s online platforms including blog, Twitter, and Facebook pages
•Provide consistent professional and personal guidance to junior practice team

•3-5 years of digital/social experience, preferably at an agency
•Strong project management and organizational skills
•Very strong writing ability
•Active personal social media user
•Experience leading a Social Media Campaign
•Digital or interactive experience a big plus
•Client facing presentation skills and management
•In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media
•Knowledge of influencers and blogging ecosystem
•Good technical understanding and analytic ability

Salary range will depend upon experience.
