The Role
As a Program Manager on our team you will be part of a team of the development and QA team responsible for delivering end to end services for the next generation of Amazon products. You will be coordinating the delivery of one or more initiatives within the engineering organization. You will specifically work with the Engineering management team to understand the product strategy and key deliverables and then to work with the engineering teams to proactively remove roadblocks and to regularly report on team progress. This role requires the ability to build trust and consensus across multiple groups, to manage stakeholder expectations, to bring clarity to ambiguous situations and to drive to deliver great results. A strong sense of ownership, a bias for action and the ability to innovate and react to changing situations is required to excel in this role.

Basic Qualifications
- BA or BSc in a related discipline
- 3-7+ years experience in a Program Management or Software Engineering leadership role involving cross-functional projects with multiple dependencies and constraints
- A proven track record of delivering products to market in the consumer electronics field.
- Ability to convey project status and issues to multiple levels of the organization with the appropriate level of detail and crystal clear clarity
- A solid understanding of software development methodologies
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
