The Senior Account Manager is a senior-level print, online and event advertising sales person and is responsible for managing a large regional sales territory, including servicing existing clients and enlarging client base and increasing sales revenue for AICPA Magazines and Newsletters.

Maintain and grow account base and revenue in the assigned sales territory
Know and be able to discuss all products and Institute policies relating to advertising
Maintain existing clients by developing relationships as a solution partner, while continually exploring additional sales opportunities
Prospect for new accounts and follow up on all leads provided
Adhere to Institute ethical and customer service standards
Provide relevant feedback to sales management regarding product opportunities, trends, economy, etc
Attend all sales meetings
Provide accurate sales pipelines
Complete and submit required reports on time
Keep the territory CRM up to date

5 years + Magazine Advertising Sales Experience, including print, digital, webinar
Proven ad sales success
Ad sales budgeting and forecasting
Superb interpersonal skills
Excellent negotiating skills
Motivation, flexibility organization, and commitment to high quality work
Ability to work independently as well as on a team and perform well under pressure to meet sales deadlines and goals
Familiarity and expertise in a wide range of technological applications
Commitment to professional development to stay on top of ad sales trends and personal growth
