Linkwell Health is looking for a Marketing Manager who is excited about the opportunity to be part of a startup that sits at the dynamic intersection of consumer behavior, healthcare providers, consumer products, and retailers. The ideal candidate will have experience in both print and digital advertising. The Marketing Manager is responsible for scalable development of Linkwell Health's marketing process. The Marketing Manager will take feedback from the market and translate it into product opportunities, creative briefs, and tangible assets. This requires an understanding and articulation of the market and the creation of tools to express the value proposition of Linkwell's programs. This position will interface heavily with the Brand Sales Team, Production, and Product to effectively design and implement key sponsorship programs.

• Package scalable and relevant programs that integrate Linkwell Health'ss direct mail, digital, mobile, and email capabilities into an integrated advertising offering
• Create scalable presentations, proposal templates, and tools
• Take feedback from the market and translate it to clear opportunity for the product team and plan sales team
• Translate products into tangible assets and programs for the sales team
• Interface with production team to manage program timelines
• Understand market and competitive pricing
• Express the value of Linkwell Health's various programs through case studies
• Attend sales meetings to understand the market, client needs, and challenges
• Work on implementation process to refine program elements
• Collaborate with internal teams to launch new products and support existing products
• Identify new product opportunities and determine the return on investment

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years agency, media, or marketing experience
• Strong work ethic and insatiable appetite to learn
• Superior time management skills and capacity to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Flexibility and the ability to learn new skills quickly
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Understanding of the advertising landscape and use of data to drive value
• Ability to work independently and think strategically
• Research experience a plus
