Assistant Vice President, Digital Marketing StrategyNorth Shore-LIJ, the nation's second largest non-secular health care system, is currently seeking a technology-savvy marketing expert to lead the development, implementation, and ongoing advancement of the organization's digital marketing strategy. In this role you will direct Web technology, information architecture, user experience, content and design for North Shore-LIJ's public-facing websites, as well as strengthen and grow the organization's presence on other digital platforms. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will direct a team of professionals responsible for strategies and tactics including SEO, social media, mobile, apps and other emerging digital platforms to drive user engagement and brand affinity. You will provide thought leadership and strategic counsel on best practices, device and channel innovation and market trends. By collaborating with peers in marketing and other areas of the health system, your goal will be to understand business objectives and develop both standalone solutions and components of integrated marketing campaigns to achieve the objectives The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree and 10+ years of progressive web management or marketing experience, including 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role Strong project management skills are expected, along with knowledge of digital strategy, content creation, CMS, web-based workflow, and business analytics tools.
