Associate Studio Manager – Conde Nast

Conde Nast seeks an Associate Studio Manager for a full-time staff position.  
The Conde Nast Photo Studio is seeking an Associate Studio Manager to manage the production workflow of the Vogue, Teen Vogue and internal studios.
Primary responsibilities:
-         Facilitate the production of still-life photo shoots for Vogue, Teen Vogue, and
-         Track product coming in and out of photo studios
-         Coordinate and communicate with editors and photographers to ensure timely and proper execution of photo shoots
-         Upload rush images throughout the day and all images at the end of the day from each shoot to the magazine server and studio server
-         Compile and send out contact sheets with images from each shoot to and Teen Vogue teams 
-         Locate and pull images from previous shoots upon request from editors 
-         Assist with archiving of images on the studio server and backing up images
-         Keep track of and order studio supplies when needed
-         College Degree
  • Working knowledge of Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite, Word, Excel
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and to manage multiple projects
  • Problem solving and analytical skills coupled with the ability to act independently
  • Must be extremely organized and detail oriented
