The business development rep will be responsible for increasing revenue by expanding the agency into new categories; soliciting new clients in existing categories; and winning additional projects from current clients.

This is an opportunity for you to make a real impact in a vibrant, supportive environment, working directly with agency management to position this successful agency for continued growth. You will work independently to generate leads and build new client relationships, and collaborate with the agency’s partners on developing presentations and pitches.

Objectives:
•Position the agency as the go-to marketing services firm in the entertainment and lifestyle industries
•Drive the agency’s growth by mining your own contacts, researching prospects, and pitching new business
•Play a leading role in driving revenue growth of 10% annually

Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training or experience

Experience:
Minimum 5 years experience in business development for creative or media agency.

Experience in the entertainment industry is preferred but not required.

Must be outgoing, proactive, self-motivated, tenacious, and personable.
