Associate Art Director

Advertising/Condé Nast Traveler

Condé Nast seeks an Associate Art Director for a full-time staff position.

Overview

The Art Director creates, designs and produces revenue generating advertising and marketing materials that support Sales reps in monetizing Condé Nast Traveler in Print, on the tablet (10 and 7 inch) and our website.
Primary Responsibilities:
•Oversee/produce collateral (print and digital) for Advertiser sponsored signature events.
•Aids in developing/designing of income generating creative concepts for comps and client-driven special section work (10-20 pages per issue).
•Oversee art production processes, file archives and assists in managing 2 junior level freelance designers.
•Assisting in managing freelance designers and interns.

Requirements:
•The ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and tight deadlines.
•A love for typography and details is essential.
•Proficiency in PowerPoint and the ability to create impactful presentations is essential.
•Must be able to come up with innovative approach to sell pieces with creative informational graphics.
