About the Role: is looking for a mobile architect with an interest in data and experience in mobile, web, and applications to help lead the mobile integration for Android, BlackBerry, iPhone, iPad, Windows devices on the Network.
The candidate should possess significant knowledge and expertise across the current technology spectrum and be able to conceive and articulate technology solutions and lead engineering and implementation of those solutions. This position requires the ability to develop technology exploration and proof of concept prototypes as well as reusable frameworks, components and services.
Key Responsibility:

  • Interact with the Advertising Product Management team to fully understand the product requirements and assess impact to the existing systems and identify new capabilities that are required in the mobile space.

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to solve simple to complex problems around mobile web and applications.

  • Educate technology teams on mobile roadmap.

  • Should be experienced with web technologies including HTML5, CSS, Javascript, AJAX and related web technologies.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology. Master degree strongly preferred.

  • Experience identifying cost effective architectures and solutions that meet the business requirements.

  • Possess the ability to work well in a team environment.

  • Expertise in development of mobile web and application that consume web services of type REST and SOAP.

  • Possess a core understanding of Object C and Java and how it relates to mobile development.

  • Expertise in one or more of the following languages: C, C++, Java is a plus.

  • Knowledge of SQL and experience with one or more databases such as Oracle, MySQL, Sybase, and Vertica is a plus.
