About the Role:
The Project Coordinator will assist with the management and execution of projects across the Lifestyle Brands and Women's' Initiatives group and is responsible for planning, managing, and developing various projects or project components. Need to be able to identify and communicate project scope and ensure program milestones and objectives are met, communicate to key stakeholders throughout process, coordinate project schedules, monitor budgets, assign tasks, etc.
Critical to the role will be the ability to organize and prioritize in a fast paced environment.  A successful candidate will have a strong sense for collaborating across teams to manage all pieces of a project from start to finish, strong writing skills, detail orientation, a positive professional demeanor, a flair for the creative and a passion for AOL’s mission.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall day-to-day activities during implementation and post-launch supervision for all project team members including work assignments, work direction and priorities.
• Develop and manage product roadmaps.
• Assist with the editing and proofreading of internal and external communications
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for future creative projects
• Track budgets, manage vendors and provide general administrative support to team

Requirements:
1+ year experience in digital marketing, communications, or related field
Bachelor’s degree in communications or business discipline preferred
Intermediate level experience with Excel including spreadsheet creation and basic formulas
Experience content management systems a plus
Strong writing and editing skills
