Hadassah, the Women's Zionist Organization of America, Inc., is seeking a Director of Marketing and Communications who will oversee all aspects of National Hadassahs communications and marketing needs throughout the organization. The Director of Marketing and Communications will work with staff and leadership to ensure Hadassah is perceived as a dynamic and vigorous presence within identified constituencies and among key media.

Responsibilities include:

1.Establish an overall integrated and annual comprehensive marketing plan based on organization strategic plan.
2.Conceive and implement effective marketing strategies, including branding.
3.Oversee all departments within the Marketing and Communications Division (Advertising and Marketing; Creative Services; Editorial Services; Exhibits and Display; Public Affairs; Traffic and Production; Video, Website)
4.Identify tactics to implement strategies and manage resources toward deliverables.
5.Establish on-going process of communications linking all stakeholders Oversee continued expansion and development of website and all forms of social media.

Required Knowledge, Education or Experience:
1.BA in Marketing or related field; masters degree preferred
2.10+ years of experience in marketing and management, including managing teams.
3.Excellent interpersonal, written skills and communication skills
4.Broad knowledge of relevant public relations, advertising, network management and social media/networking processes
5.Flexible, detail oriented, organized, able to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously
6.Successful management and growth of a brand with traditional and digital tactics
