New York City-based, Luxury Integrated Marketing and Public Relations agency seeks Senior Account Executive for Wine & Spirits division. Established over 25 years ago, we are an award winning agency that is consistently recognized by our peers for our expertise within the lifestyle, food & beverage, and hospitality space. Rapidly growing and with great faith in our employees, we are looking to round out our team as we continue to set industry standards through brand / campaign management and ideation.


Qualifications:
•Must have 5+ years experience in Wine & Spirits PR
•Monitor and identify trends/hot topics in the wine / spirits industry on a daily basis and apply them to client needs and programming
•Ideate and execute strategic media plans, based on client needs:
oDraft press releases on topics including new hires, product enhancements, partnerships and product campaigns for clients
oCultivate relationships with top-tier consumer, business and trade press
oCoordinate media tours and press events
oSecure and staff press meetings for clients
oIdentify and draft pitch opportunities for clients
oDevelop and manage comprehensive media databases for clients
•Serve as a day-to-day contact for clients
•Assist with core message development for brand platforms
•Identify and forge relationships with relevant strategic partners
•Oversee event execution, as in line with client platforms
•Work and excel in a fast-paced work environment
Requirements:
•B.S./B.A.
•Minimum 5 years’ experience in media relations
•Senior level Spirits media conacts
•Impeccable writing and analytical abilities
•Exceptional Presentation skills
•Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Strongly motivated and proactive in nature
•Ability to manage junior staff members
•Availability to travel and work occasional evening and / or weekend events
