Pandora is seeking a Business Development professional whose primary responsibility will be managing automotive partnership initiatives, liaising with our partners and Pandoras engineering, product and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches and expansions of existing programs.


  • Account manage multiple partnerships, handling the day-to-day interactions with Pandoras OEM, aftermarket and supplier partners; managing to a project timeline and ensuring successful partner launches and rollouts

  • Quickly absorb and be able to converse effectively about the technical details of Pandora vehicle integrations

  • Develop and track key metrics and success criteria for your partners programs and activities

  • Review progress with partners continually throughout their product life cycle to ensure mutual attainment of objectives

  • Regular travel (25%-30%) to maintain partnerships and gather insights that will help Pandora and our partners succeed

  • Participate in overall product strategy; research and synthesize the requirements of our automotive partners in their implementations of Pandoras service to keep the company on the forefront of new technology opportunities in this domain

  • Support the development of marketing and product launch plans and consult on the development of product literature

  • Be a role model for the company culture

Required Experience

  • Bachelors degree (B.A.) from an accredited four year college or university plus 5 years minimum experience in a business development role MBA preferred

  • Demonstrated success managing complex relationships

  • Must be able to think creatively on his/her feet to achieve desired outcomes using a consultative approach

  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment

  • An impressive ability to converse knowledgeably about the technical details of infotainment integrations in vehicles with business professionals and engineers alike

  • Strong understanding of the automotive infotainment space; general music industry knowledge a plus

  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously

  • Must be detail-oriented and possess great organizational skills, be adaptable and able to work well under time constraints

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to deliver polished presentations to executive-level members at partner companies
