VIDEO AD OPERATIONS MANAGER
AOL Video is seeking a Video Ad Operations Manager to join the Video Operations team. This candidate will be responsible for management of video campaign initiatives for AOL Video, which includes properties on AOL’s Huffington Post Media Group O&Os and other industry leading content destinations. The ideal candidate wants to be a part of innovative, professional and dynamic advertising operations team. As a Video Ad Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the project management of the clients’ campaigns, ensuring all initiatives are not only strategically and creatively on target but also delivered on time and on budget.
Effectively manage campaign life cycle, including scheduling, delivery, tracking and reporting of advertising campaigns across AOL properties
Assist clients with pre-launch preparation activities such (for example: client-on boarding and kick off calls) and post-sale campaign execution (including custom unit approvals, project management, campaign operations)
Corresponds and meets with clients and members of client teams to provide a consistent level of service that exceeds their expectations
Act as the Point of Contact for regional/category sales professionals on all assigned accounts to drive additional revenue and overachieve on the team’s goals across Video Campaigns
Work with clients to monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure full delivery and maximize creative performance
Troubleshoot operational campaign issues with both internal and external parties
Generate and analyze internal and 3rd party reports for billing and contract reconciliation
Video campaign management experience a plus!
Detailed-oriented, organized and excellent written/verbal communications
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and analytical
Excellent project management and presentation skills
Prioritization skills to handle multiple, competing projects
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
