About Role
The Product Marketing & Audience/Revenue Development team drives end-to-end execution of all display advertising campaigns on PawNation, AOL Weather, and Mandatory – from ideation to sale, delivery and wind-down. This team interacts with many internal stakeholders within both AOL Services & AOL Advertising throughout the process, including but not limited to: Editorial, Product Management, Audience Analysts, Sales, Sales Strategy and Ad Operations. In this role, you will collaborate with the Post-Sale Product Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the outbound Advertising Sales activities of PawNation, Mandatory, and AOL Weather
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Advertising Sales for questions around USP,
• Audience Profile and Advertising Products and Programs.
• Manage sponsorships and the ODF process between welcome screen, Vertical Operations, and site edit
• Preparing sales and customer-facing product marketing collateral
• Project manage the set-up, implementation and delivery of custom programs on PawNation, Mandatory, and AOL Weather
• Work with Vertical Operations to ensure deliverability of campaigns.
• Work with site editors and welcome screen to brainstorm and package feature and custom edit projects that support both editorial aspirations as well as sales requests.
• Maintain the Sales focused editorial calendars.
• Lead pre-sale marketing operations for all display advertising revenue streams in properties
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Sales/Account Management and Sales Strategists for RFP’s
• Manage, track and communicate sales pipeline, RFPs, pitches and other sales-related activity
• Constantly provide updates to Sales and internal groups around the properties, including but not limited to: new product features, product news, new sponsorships, editorial mission and traffic/ranking wins.
• Manage the update of all marketing and sponsorship collateral for the properties, including but not limited to: General presentations, media kits, sponsorship one-sheeters, etc.
• With Audience Analyst, issue weekly win emails for the properties' extended teams. Be a go-to expert on the properties' audiences.
• Lead the planning and execution of Quarterly Sales Roadshows, including all materials needed to effectively communicate sales opportunities within the properties

Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree
• 3-5 years of experience in one or more of the following disciplines: Online Account/Relationship Management, Marketing and Online Sales Operations
• Must be a team player with a passion for superior customer service
• Must have excellent organizational and project management skills
• Strong reporting and analytics abilities including, but not limited to Omniture SiteCatalyst and Discover, ComScore, Nielsen @Plan, Kantar and other marketing/audience toolsets
• Strong knowledge of display advertising operations
• Technical knowledge of basic coding skills (HTML, Javascript) desired but not mandatory
• Comfortable and energized by dynamic, rapidly-changing environments
