Advertisement Account Manager, Shortcuts:
AOL is seeking an enthusiastic Advertisement Account Manager to join Shortcuts, AOL’s grocery savings platform. Come help provide strategic and tactical support to bring our coupons and offers to sites across the AOL network and beyond. Ideal applicant has experience with banner production and solving complex technical issues involving APIs and dynamic ad placements. Ideal candidate should posses expertise in the mechanics and functionality of banner advertisements, and should be able to convey requests and requirements to develop the assets as needed. Candidate should also have experience managing an ongoing campaign, providing reporting and performance metrics regularly and as needed for various partners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities and expectations and expectations include the following:
· Analytically driven development and implementation of best-in-class customer facing promotions
· Detail-oriented analyst that can deliver accurate  results on demand
· Able to tackle complex projects with cumbersome amounts of data while providing innovative solutions to improve processes
· Establish strong working relationship with the stakeholders inside and outside of company, and become a close partner with respect to reporting, data and business needs
· Development of business requirements and tracking of success with performance metrics

Requirements for success:
· 4+ years of relevant experience in the web industry with an advertising focus
· Thorough knowledge of display advertising from production to performance tracking
· Track record of exceptional performance in data and/or creative, with samples to back it up
· Ability to operate under consistent pressure in a fast-paced, quickly changing environmentã??
· Possesses a minimum of 3 years working in (or closely with) Flash, Actionscript, and APIs.
· Advanced Excel skills and database knowledge for analysis and reporting
· Strong knowledge of Photoshop and Dreamweaver preferred· Analytically driven development and implementation of best-in-class customer facing promotions
