Acquisitions Editor, Journals
Working as an acquisitions Editor in our Scientific, Technical, Medical and Scholarly business, you will be independently responsible for the financial and editorial development and the editorial management of life sciences journal titles, working within a subject team of editorial, marketing, and production colleagues, in both local and global Wiley-Blackwell offices. You will research and implement ideas for developing content, revenue, and profitability of titles managed; propose and agree financial forecasts and other key financial decisions; monitor contract terms for our own titles; and maintain a broad overview of competitor activity and market developments.
