Rodale is currently seeking an Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to join their Online Marketing team. The Online Marketing group is responsible for developing and managing digital marketing programs for Rodale books, magazines and online fitness websites.

The Assistant Digital Marketing Manager will own and grow the affiliate program and assist the team on other digital marketing initiatives. He/she will work closely with Product Managers, Finance and other members of the Audience Development team. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, yet creative, with an interest in working in a dynamic environment. Our team believes in health and wellness in our work-life and our personal-life. -Manage relationships with affiliate publishers
-Deliver on the strategic goal of new customers and provide channel intelligence to position Rodale for optimal growth potential
-Independently manage details of affiliate program performance, communication and operations
-Create, implement, analyze and optimize affiliate promotions and drive sales across multiple product categories
-Develop creative outreach campaigns and champion new lead generation promotional opportunities for the Rodale network
-Manage budget, setting benchmarks to forecast sales revenues and costs
-Collaborate with SEO and paid search marketing leaders on ad hoc projects
-Stay informed of industry trends and best practices
-Maintain the marketing calendar across all internal and external promotional channels
-Manage invoicing and campaign reports while serving as the contact for vendors and finance

Skills Required:
-Analytical: Strong quantitative analytical background with proven track record
-Team oriented: Work cross-functionally to make decisions and recommendations
-Entrepreneurial: Willing to propose and test new ideas to grow business with attention to detail, planning and follow-through
-Customer focused: Ability to think about the end-user experience
-Bachelors degree required: Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or analytical fields encouraged
-Proficiency with Excel
-3+ years experience in digital marketing
-Minimum 2-3 years experience managing and growing affiliate program(s) with multiple product lines in Linkshare or comparable affiliate program
-Experience in Google AdWords, online advertising, SEO, SEM is a plus
-Strong project management skills
