Duties and Responsibilities:
•Consistently hit revenue goals by fostering long term relationships with major national marketers
•Increase your chances for success by spending quality time with key decision makers at the agency and the client
•Develop and maintain a plan for success that includes prospecting, in depth account knowledge, multiple face to face meetings, innovative problem solving and execution
•Collaborate with internal teams to create and package custom solutions
•Methodical pipeline account management using Salesforce
•Travel within the territory

Education, Skills and Experience:
•A minimum of 7 years of consultative, field selling experience
•2-3+ years of online media advertising sales experience
•Proven ability to grow ad sales revenue and exceed revenue goals by prospecting for new clients and growing existing relationships within a territory
•Extensive contacts and relationships with leading digital agencies and clients
•Comprehensive understanding of the online advertising marketplace including current trends and issues
•Experience creating innovative and turn-key sales proposals and creating solutions for advertisers
•Highly-developed written and verbal presentational skills
•Willingness to travel when needed (up to 50% within territory and occasional team meetings outside of territory)
•High-level of computer literacy with fluency in Microsoft Office
•Creative, smart, passionate self-starter with a competitive and entrepreneurial spirit and team player approach
