The Account Manager will report to the Senior Manager of Client Services and will work directly with strategic sales executives. The Account Management team is based in New York.

Responsibilities:

•Work with Sales Executives and the Marketing Department to build strategic media proposals and custom programs
•Provide exceptional customer service to agencies and marketers and act as internal point of contact for Sales, Ad Operations, Marketing and Finance teams
•Oversee the production and implementation of sold programs, coordinating with Custom Solutions, Development teams and Ad Operations for smooth and timely launch
•Ensure media plans are delivered as contracted and client’s tactical needs are met, with a proactive approach to reporting, troubleshooting and optimization recommendations
•Manage post-sale IO revisions and billing issues, working with Finance as necessary to resolve any discrepancies and settle monthly invoicing
•Prepare and present campaign delivery reports and optimizations for both internal review and client wrap reporting.

Qualifications:

•1 -2 years experience in the digital media industry with publisher and/or agency background, ideally in an Account Management/Client Services role
•Top-notch customer service skills—the ideal candidate is positive, energetic, dependable, resourceful, and willing to go the extra mile for clients
•Comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment with tight deadlines, while always maintaining a keen attention to details
•Fluency in media-buying terminology (e.g., CPM vs. CPA, reach vs. frequency), familiarity with online ad-serving platforms (e.g., Doubleclick products), proficiency with Excel and Powerpoint
•Working knowledge of print advertising and lead generation a strong plus
• Working knowledge of the Pharmaceutical industry a plus
•Ability to be articulate in both verbal and written communication
•Must be fluent in English
•College degree
