Cambridge Journals, a division of Cambridge University Press, is seeking a creative and driven individual to organize their exhibitions across the Americas. The person in this role will reserve exhibit space and register booth staff, manage the "titles-on-display" list for journals, oversee shipment of materials to each exhibit, order booth furnishings as needed, create and place ads in exhibit program books, and keep track of expenses.

The Exhibits Associate interacts with all key stakeholders in the journals department, both in New York and internationally. This includes people in marketing, editorial, sales. The person in this role will also liase with our colleagues in our academic books department with whom we organize exhibits with. Those with expert powerpoint and desktop design skills are of particular interest as this has become a secondary role for this position.

We’re looking for creative, organized and outgoing candidates--crucial for this role. The ideal candidate will possess 1-3 years of marketing/exhibits planning experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Individuals with desktop design experience are of particular interest.
