br />The ideal candidate will have the following:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Journalism or related field, or equivalent training and/or experience.

Minimum seven years experience in account management, account planning, advertising or marketing.
Past automotive marketing experience as well as a diverse marketing experience in other verticals. Must have a successful track record of innovating new programs and driving improvements of existing programs. Must have past supervisory experience.

Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
CRM Expertise and well versed in the digital, mobile and social channels.
Solid understanding of creative and production processes.
Strategic thinking and ability to develop sound and effective strategic communication plans.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and collaborate across teams on common goals and engagements.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Must possess ability to translate vision into tactical steps within a project.
Must possess exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
