Summary Description:

Mashable is adding another key position to its growing Sales and Marketing team. Mashable is seeking a smart, self-motivated and resourceful individual to join our team as a Campaign Specialist in our New York office. The Campaign Specialist will work closely with individual sales team members to drive ad campaign execution from start to finish, ensuring that sold ad campaigns are processed, trafficked and reconciled in a timely and accurate manner. -Setting up incoming proposals into Mashable’s workflow system – DSM.
-Review of contracts and the communication to ensure accurate booking.
-Testing of all ad creative for compliance with site specifications as well as functionality.
-Verifying all targeting and technical integrations for campaigns.
-Working with the sales team on soliciting creative from agencies/clients per established specs.
-Partnering with Ad Ops management, sales team, and marketing teams to troubleshoot delivery issues and optimize campaign performance based on client goals.
-Generating and reviewing weekly advertiser campaign reports to track performance against guarantee.
-Compiling screenshots of creative once campaigns are active and send to sales/clients.
-Providing final delivery reporting to sales/clients.
-Leading the monthly billing reconciliation process by ensuring accurate delivery information is updated prior to invoicing.

Job Qualifications:

-BA/BS degree preferred with a strong academic record
-Previous experience in a client services business (agency, consulting, etc.) a plus
-Desire to establish and improve internal processes to improve efficiency
-Outstanding communication skills – both written and spoken
-Experience working in fast-paced environments with regularly shifting priorities
-Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
-1-2 years Advertising operations experience (preferred)
-Knowledge of Digital media ad technologies (HTML, Flash, etc.)
