Responsibilities of the Client Services Coordinator include:
•Work closely with the sales, marketing, event and production teams to generate and distribute essential status reports to outside clients and internal departments.
•Coordinate with clients when necessary regarding contracted programs.
•Develop and maintain information databases needed for the sales, marketing, event and production teams.
•Maintain and update high-level sales projection and financial reports
•Assist with day-to-day office functions, including receiving visitors and communicating with suppliers and vendors.
Requirements:
•Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access
•Minimum 2 years related experience, preferably including client communications and high-level reporting
•Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously is essential.
•Must have the ability to prioritize and balance project activity.
•A positive attitude and flexible team-oriented approach.
•Must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
•Must able to self-manage, taking initiative to meet project goals/schedules/deadlines.
