Times-Union Media has an immediate opening for an experienced DIGITAL MEDIA PLANNER to join our expanding Digital Media Advertising department. This position will be responsible to work with the sales teams in the creation and execution of digital media proposals and campaigns that will maximize strategic account opportunities and create effective renewable programs for clients. This position will also work to ensure excellence and continuity for multi-platform campaigns and coordinating with other team members to provide agency-level service to clients.

* Two or more years of digital media planning or digital advertising experience.
* Working knowledge of interactive advertising industry.
* Excellent problem solving and analytical skills required.
* Must have excellent communications (written & verbal), presentation design and delivery a must.
* College degree preferred.
* Advertising, interactive agency or channel marketing experience a plus.
* Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
* Strong organizational skills a must.
* Excellent planning, multi-tasking and prioritization skills required.
* Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Strong Excel skills a must.
