A TOP PR firm is seeking a polished Office Manager/Administrative Assistant to act as the face of the company.

Some of the responsibilities include:

Maintaing office appearance
Point person for all office issues, i.e.: Copy Machine and Computer Issues
Ordering all office supplies, furniture, electronics
Handling the appointments and calendar for the two partners/owners of the company

The successful candidate will have the following qualities, among others:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Organization with high attention to detail
Ability to problem solve
Professional, positive, "can do" attitude
A pleasant phone manner
Ability to multi-task
Knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
