ABRAMS is seeking an organized, detail-minded individual to assist the National Accounts department with all aspects of key account management. Individual will be responsible for providing support to the Executive Director of Sales and three field sales managers, two of whom work remotely. Day-to-day duties include preparing managers for account sales presentations, completing and sending information to accounts by strict deadlines, tracking orders and serving as in-house liaison to the field sales managers. Specific duties include preparing title information sheets for presentation to accounts and product data sheets for product submission; liaising with different departments to coordinate materials for sales meetings; compiling sales figures for weekly reports and meetings; coordinating mailings to key accounts; preparing regular status reports; and tracking sales department expense budget.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree or the equivalent work experience; excellent English oral and written skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with good Excel skills; strong interest in working in a fast-paced sales environment. Previous publishing or bookstore experience a plus.
