Training & Development Intern (Advertising.com)
The Advertising Training team supports Sales, the primary revenue generating team for AOL, and is seeking a part-time intern in the New York area to help with various project management and coordination responsibilities.
•Logistical and scheduling support for all training programs
•Setting up registration details in our Learning Management System
•Pulling registration lists daily/weekly and marking attendees as complete
•Uploading collateral to Salesforce.com
•Coordinate logistical aspects of meetings, book rooms, setup A/V & WebEx, food orders etc. Some co-facilitation.
•Manage Outlook invites for registered attendees
•Training assessments•Pull together pre and post assessment metrics to include in wrap reports to sales leadership
•Compile quarterly metrics for sales leadership
•Order print materials
•Assist with formatting of training materials in Word and PPT
•Proficiency in relevant software programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
•Comfort working and communicating cross-functionally and with sales leadership
•Strong ability to work on multiple projects within aggressive timeframes, to multi-task and meet deadlines.
•Key personal qualities include: solid work ethic, dependability, initiative, strong integrity and accountability, high level of flexibility.
•Project management experience (e.g. project scope, timelines, resource management, communication, etc.)
•Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
•Inspired by a fast-paced, ever changing environment
•Willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and conduct tactical tasks
•Training experience a plus, but not required
•Currently Enrolled in an accredited university or have graduated in the last 6 months
•Excellent communication & presentation skills
