The Opportunity
You want to make stuff. You want an agency that’s small enough so that you know people, but not so small that there’s no money to do real stuff. You want variety, with a chance to contribute to great work and help grow an agency.

Well, you might want to join us in San Francisco. Within the DFCB global network, our office is known for innovation. We’re scrappy, talented and hardworking. We like to make good work, and we like to get work done. So we can leave the office and do non-work, life stuff--because a full life leads to better creative. That’s what our friends in account management call a “win-win.”

Your Personality
•You are a diplomatic leader able to negotiate volatile situations.
•You have a sense of humor with an empathetic approach to teams and clients.
•You are motivated to improve the process. You find easy ways for your team to be more efficient.
•You know what your team needs before they need it.

The Role (a drier version of the above)
•Manage all projects throughout the entire life cycle across all media (broadcast, print, digital and social).
•Drive project schedules, timelines and resources, ensuring that both internal and external milestones are met.
•Participate in forecasting timing and needs for incoming projects and thinking about how that impacts the account or agency from a holistic perspective.
•Collaborate with producers on production and timing.
•Manage workflow across creative and production departments.
•Act as an internal hub of information. Proactively keep teams informed through daily status documents, meetings and follow-up.
•Build and maintain evolving schedules from creative development through production.

The Compulsories
•3+ years of relevant project management experience
•Strong communication, organizational, planning, problem-solving, leadership and relationship-management skills
•Expertise in overseeing a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment
•Ability to think quickly, solve problems and offer solutions
•Knowledge of production terms and software tools
