We are seeking a PR/Social Influence Catalyst to join our Pittsburgh team.This position requires an ability to breathe digitally - meaning the candidate must have an innate understanding and practice of the social media ecosystem through blogging, tweeting, Facebook and the typical social media outlets. In addition, the candidate must possess and develop a passionate sense of curiosity - be willing to question, uncover and share their findings within a collaborative team environment. The position also requires that the candidate have the ability to write and present coherently and creatively not only within the social/digital environments but the traditional ones as well.We're looking for someone who enjoys working hard, contributes daily to the creative process, has no pride in authorship but rather revels in the success of the entire organization and thrives in an energetic and at times, chaotic and noisy culture. Specific Responsibilities:∙ Work with the Director of PR/Social Influence to create innovative and creative campaigns in support of product, brand and marketing initiatives. ∙ Monitor messages about clients, their brands and the industry in general in the social cloud. ∙ Develop and maintain a process workflow that ensures consistent execution and delivery of social media marketing campaigns with creative and technology teams. ∙ Help manage the voice of the organization in the Social Media space. ∙ Collaborate with creative process by contributing writing assignments and idea generation. ∙ Contribute to and make presentations in client, new business and internal environments.

Four-year degree is required3-5 years of experiencePrior social media experience in a professional setting is strongly preferred/requiredPrior agency or agency internship experience requiredPlease submit social media campaign experience when applyingMullen is an eoe encouraging diversity in the workplace.
