Yahoo! Social Solutions is the social sales arm of Yahoo!
The Yahoo! Social Content Project is an effort to personalize and socialize Yahoo!, creating a more engaging and enjoyable experience. The Social Solutions Sales team is focused on developing custom solutions and selling specific social products to the World’s largest advertisers.
Key Responsibilities will be:
· Create media plans, PowerPoint presentations, sales collateral and go to market strategy for Social Advertising solutions for Yahoo! Social Bar
· Be the go to for all questions on our current products: Social Sentiment Slider, Social Brand Bar, Social Ads and Social Targeting in terms of pricing, account management, specs, packages, etc.
· Work with Social product teams and Y! Social sales team to create new Social ad solutions
· Request Creative Services ad mocks and create custom presentations for each client, RFP and/or meeting for Social Sales lead in West/Central
· Partner with Property Sales Development teams to create media plans and PPT presentations, and work in partnership with Field Sales to include these social solutions RFPs and pitches with direct clients and agencies
· Represent Yahoo’s social strategy internally on national sales calls and regional sales meetings as well as with Property Sales Development, Strategic Sales Development and Account Management team
· Manage Social Solutions Page on the Source, ensuring it is up to date and has all info needed for Sales
· Oversee development, launch and ongoing campaign management of these social features including tracking of all social metrics and earned media in order to measure success, upsell and to develop future social solutions

Essential Job Qualifications
· 5+ years digital sales development or media planning experience
· 1-2+ years working for a company focused on or around Social Media and Social Marketing - knowledge of the social landscape, current market opportunities, marketer focus, etc.
· Experience working with premium clients across multiple categories.
· Good communicator, creative, detail oriented, ability to understand and position
· The ability to navigate a large, layered organization
· Bachelors Degree

Preferred Job Qualifications
· Mobile & Portal experience is a plus
