Own the technical relationship after launch, which includes monitoring and reporting delivery performance as well as improving the product our customers receive. There is a significant project management component to this job as well, driving end-to-end implementation of new content initiatives.

- 5-7 years of experience managing cross-functional projects, programs with tight deadlines, product or process definition, and ideally having taken a product or process design from concept to execution
- Experience working with XML and knowledge of XML fundamentals
- Bachelor's degree

- Knowledge of SQL, Unix
- Experience in digital or print publishing
- MBA
- Comfort with technology, and general knowledge of digital media data elements, FTP, Images, Encoding, DRM, etc.
- 3-5 years of experience working in a cross-functional environment and ability to influence other teams to meet goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, building relationships
- Technical aptitude and familiarity with the design and utilization of complex systems
- Other qualifications include a track record of complex and creative problem solving and the desire to create and build new processes
- Software development experience a plus
- Experience in digital media integration, retailing, services
- Intermediate understanding of Excel
