Position Overview

Provide full administrative support and assist with project coordination for a full-service in-house creative agency at a thriving outdoor lifestyle network.

Primary Responsibilities:
•Provide professional phone coverage, screen mail and emails as required
•Make travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
•Coordinate meetings and calendars
•Process and maintain expense reports
•Assist with network promotional schedule
•Coordinate promotional content delivery
•Assist producers and editors during edit sessions
•Production Assistant on live action shoots
•Provide assistance at industry trade shows and events
•Screen and log media
•Research web and social media sites
•Perform all other duties that may be assigned to meet business needs


•College degree preferred
•1-3 years experience in TV/cable industry, ad agency or production facility required
•Prior experience supporting a senior level executive preferred
•Proficient with MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
•Strong communications and interpersonal skills
•Must be organized, detail-oriented, deadline driven and able to multi-task
•Interest or experience in the creative field such as writing, design/animation, production or editing a plus
•Interest in outdoor sports, including hunting and fishing a plus
•Must be willing to work a flexible schedule
