RESPONSIBILITIES:

DATABASE MARKETING: manage database elements of targeted marketing programs for subscribers and non-subscribers. Work with Director of Marketing and mailing list partners to select leads for merge/purges and mailings, and insure delivery of leads to vendors; work with list broker to get list exchanges; manage and respond to all list exchange requests; coordinate collection of direct marketing response reports and analyze and run reports to improve effectiveness of marketing programs.

Co-manage relationship with mail house(s); coordinate schedule and delivery of lists; manage details of subscription campaigns: production grid updates, finalize and format letters, review all proofs, insure mailing schedule is adhered to.

Work with IT to produce reports and analyses of sales, lead lists for mailings, telemarketing, etc.

Handle direct marketing components of the MyPhil and Ensembles program: coordinate direct mail renewal; handle ensembles program including managing renewal; submit and review programming and content for brochures; provide lists to be used to promote Ensembles events; request sales reports for Ensembles concerts as needed.

Be the Tessitura Database “expert” for the Marketing Department as it pertains to campaign set up, reporting and management of the database.

PROSPECTING CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT: manage Prospecting campaign: liaise with post office, manage BRM cards and inputting into database, processing and turning in all results to vendor, requesting analysis, etc.

LIAISON AND WRAP UP REPORT OF ALL CAMPAIGNS: excel analysis of each season’s subscription campaign; prepare spreadsheet delineating subscription campaign costs per component and overall; collect all final sales results, create reports and distribute; create general marketing reports from Tessitura; provide data as needed.

GOOGLE ANALYTICS: analyze and provide google analytics for all backend web traffic and other marketing information.

MISCELLANEOUS: perform miscellaneous duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field with minimum of 2 year’s marketing experience. Demonstrated analytical skills; strong database skills with experience with database segmentation; proficiency with MS Excel and Office Suite; experience with Tessitura is highly desirable. The right candidate will be organized and efficient with meticulous attention to detail. Strong oral and written communication skills are essential. Basic knowledge and interest in classical music is preferred.
