JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead day-to-day operations of all digital advertising campaigns:
•Coordinate creative assets, test/QA and implement ads, monitor delivery, provide optimization suggestions to meet advertiser goals.
•Liaise with Sales on all aspects of campaign lifecycle; assist in providing screen-grabs and campaign reports to clients as required.
•Monitor agency / rich media ad server reporting and work to resolve & minimize discrepancies.
•Manage 3rd party / remnant ad network relationships.

Management, Training & Best Practices:
•Manage relationship with outsourced ad operations vendors and/or internal traffic team.
•Enforce policy & best practices on process and workflow; ensure adherence to T&Cs / lead-times / ad specs.

Technical / System Admin:
•Maintain technical ad specifications of all properties; serve as point person for agency/client questions regarding creative guidelines; help troubleshoot issues.
•Build expertise on all ad servers (video & display); advise on network architecture & design of ad servers to ensure consistency; document and communicate targeting capabilities.
•Serve as system administrator for contract management solution (Solbright): Manage sites, sections, ad products and ensure synchronization with all ad servers via APIs and work to further integrate/automate.

Strategic Planning:
•Drive new ad product development and implementation in conjunction with Site operations.
•Ongoing review of current advertising-related technologies / ad servers; evaluate new systems as appropriate.
•Help drive new strategic initiatives (i.e. behavioral/contextual targeting, optimization tools).


JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Membership to trade organizations, board or committee involvement a plus.

Minimum of 4 years Ad Operations experience, preferably in digital media sales within an entertainment/media company or ad agency.

Ability to effectively communicate with internal sales, as well as clients & agencies as necessary.

Experience with one or more ad management platforms required (DART for Publishers & FreeWheel strongly preferred).

Knowledge of Rich Media and 3rd party ad serving vendors required (Eyeblaster, Pointroll, Unicast, etc.).

Familiarity with workflow/contract management tools (i.e. Solbright, DART Sales Manager, SFDC).

Strong technical skills (HTML, Flash, JavaScript/iFrame ad tags, audio/video files).

Thorough understanding of campaign metrics and analysis; strong MS Excel required.

Detail-oriented, results-driven expert with strong verbal & written communication skills.

Knowledge of advanced ad products (specifically video).

Knowledge of mobile ad serving and technology.

At least 10% travel required.

Must be able to pay attention to detail.

Must have ability to succeed in a team environment.

Must have ability to adapt quickly and learn new tasks independently.

Must be able to handle multiple projects, tasks and data points.

Must be able to work with members of TV Senior Management.

Must be comfortable speaking in front of large number of employees during presentations and weekly sales calls.
