Digital Account Manager (a Lionsgate company) is seeking an experienced, energetic and team-oriented individual who wants to join a leading organization and who is passionate about the brand and the vertical. The position will support the sales team for the Los Angeles office.

The ideal candidate will be able to plan and execute online media plans from the start to the end of the RFP process, collaborate with marketing to develop client presentations, monitor campaign delivery, and deliver superior customer service to our clients.

•Build media plans in response to RFPs and ensure accuracy of placement details
•Fill out advertising spec templates and answer questions about ad specs
•Input media proposals into various interfaces: Media Visor, Atlas, etc
•Reserve inventory through management system
•Develop & review insertion orders; ensure invoices are issued correctly & paid on time
•Track delivery and optimize campaigns
•Oversee screenshots / delivery reports from sales coordinator
•Analyze media program results and relay/help translate information into observations/lessons learned for internal team
•Develop strong/deep relationships with ad agencies and clients and provide excellent customer service
•Attend select sales calls
•Create status reports for AE’s on a weekly basis
•Identify and develop potential opportunities for new business
•Analyze competitive data
•Manage contact lists for AE’s
•Serve as the creative liaison between the agency and ad operations team
•Assist with reconciling billing discrepancies

•Minimum 2 yrs digital experience on either the agency or sales side
•Superior written and oral communication skills
•A strong knowledge of Microsoft suite is a must
•Knowledge of/passion for TV is preferred
