CRM Platform Intern
Time Frame: November 2012 – May 2013
Location: Dulles, VA
Hours: Part-time 20 hours/week

AOL is seeking an enthusiastic, energetic and organized part-time intern to serve as a Program Coordinator to the Customer Service Platforms team for fall/spring 2012-2013. This individual will have a critical role in organizing, tracking, and executing changes to the platforms (Chat, Email, Interactive Voice Response, Self-service sites) including functions like coordinating requirements discussions, project plans, project delivery across business units and other project work as needed.  You’ll also have the opportunity to support  senior staff by providing meeting summations/next steps for larger-scale projects and tracking any outstanding deliverables.

•    Currently enrolled college student
•    Ability to work 15-20 hours/week
•    Basic project management skills and / or experience managing software platforms.
•    Intermediate to advanced skills in HTML and CSS.
•    Strong people management and communication skills
•    Willingness to learn new applications.
•    Background in systems administration or related technical disciplines a plus.
•    Basic understanding of the various web technologies and ability to understand and apply software engineering principles in management of the platform
•    Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across various business functions (i.e. legal, marketing, user groups) and technology teams (UI, middleware, back office, databases) to ensure everyone is on the same page.
