This person will explore, propose, test, document and research ongoing trends and benchmarks on desktop and mobile. He/she will provide analysis on online marketing testing as well as support a variety of digital experience initiatives.

Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:

•Work with Online Marketing groups to ensure all key performance indicators (KPI’s) are accurately captured and reported in Google Analytics
•Leverage web analytics tool and data warehouse to analyze customer’s online behavioral patterns and cross-device engagement
•Assist in rolling out Google Analytics to the organization, in order to promote more self-serve reporting and BI analysis within each marketing group

Required Skills/Experience:

• Bachelors Degree or higher from an accredited University
•5+ years in the field of Marketing Analytics or Data Analytics
•Demonstrated experience using one web analytics tool (Google Analytics, Omniture, Coremetrics, etc)
•Able to retrieve information from large data warehouse using SQL or SAS
•Deep understanding of the online business
•Knowledge of desktop and mobile website technologies
•Demonstrated experience in using MS Excel and PowerPoint
•Knowledge of online content management and publishing
•Strong problem solving and strategic thinking skills
•Strong communication skills
•Able to work in a fast paced environment
