TMH (Targeted Media Health), a Time Inc. Company, is looking for an energetic, intelligent, capable individual to provide a wide range of support services for our National sales team. This position will be located in NYC.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist the sales force in preparing marketing and sales materials for Print, Digital, and Mobile solutions, identifying prospects, arranging and implementing sales-related events, coordinating client relationship management, liaison with support groups, administrative needs and thorough follow-up both internally and externally.

QUALIFICATIONS: The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills and proficiency in the use of computer hardware and software, including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation packages. Must be organized, creative, self-motivated, a team player, and able to work gracefully and efficiently under pressure. Proficient in use of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint.
