Job Qualifications:

•Oversee the Consumer Communications Campaign process including the execution of all ongoing communications via the use of technology platforms such as sms
•Lead the gathering, analysis and reporting of summary findings for all customer communications to Marketing Director and other key internal stakeholders to evaluate effectiveness of ongoing campaigns, cross promotions
•Lead in the creation campaign enhancements tactics
•Manage the design, testing and execution of new electronic communication campaigns to reach consumers
•Monitor email communications process, including crafting consumer responses messaging and managing the electronic communication opt out process
•Lead the product testing during releases period for new product enhancements to ensure optimal customer experience is achieved
•Lead the development process for new consumer facing marketing collateral and securing key stakeholder alignment during the process
•Create presentations to communicate both internally or to external stakeholders or partners on KPI for the assigned product line
•Assist Marketing Director with event/new marketing campaign logistics and execution

Job Requirements:
•Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Computer Science required
•Ability to analyze data leading to gathering business insights for continuous improvement recommendations
•Strong track record for driving results in terms of implementing the recommendations, which have been developed
•Experience in the following areas is a plus: customer communication, loyalty, direct mail, and/or consumer retail distribution packaging/POS
•Excellent communicator with fluency in both English and Spanish required
•Understanding of Hispanic culture and consumers a plus.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, knowledge of Adobe Photoshop a plus
•Must have a positive attitude and be a great team player who enjoys a roll up your sleeves work environment
•A team player who works well with others and is adept at collaboration
•Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and comfortable working in a small team environment
•Self-starter who is flexible, can manage through ambiguity, and is comfortable working with limited resources in an entrepreneurial environment within a larger organization
