RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Manages a sales team that covers a large geographic region.

•Manages sales staff on a day to day basis and his his/her own revenue targets. Accountable for significant ad sales goals.

•Mentors and participates in the development of sales personnel.

•Works to ensure revenue growth with in ad sales and evangelizes advertising and promotion concepts to major advertisers. Assists in rolling our new programs.



QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

•8-10 years of direct selling experience with proven management history
