ALL YOU, the award winning brand for the everyday, value-driven woman is seeking an enthusiastic and creative Integrated Marketing Manager.

The Integrated Marketing Manager will work directly with Integrated Account Managers on a variety of accounts and will be responsible for developing, managing and executing multi-platform proposal requests and custom programs. In addition, this role will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing ALL YOU’s marketing programs. The Manager will report into the Director, Integrated Marketing.

Responsibilities:

- Act as sales development lead for Integrated Account Managers

- Conceptualize creative 360 integrated marketing solutions and added-value programs that provide advertisers with maximum ROI. These programs may include print, online, social, retail, promotional and research components

- Write compelling, well-thought-out proposals for a broad variety of advertisers that effectively communicate program concepts and requirements

- Attend client sales calls to present integrated marketing programs

- Execute integrated marketing programs once they are sold, ensuring the client’s brand and the ALL YOU brand are both properly represented

- Act as liaison between internal departments to develop and execute programs

- Oversee Social Panel including all communications, surveys and research analysis

- Manage department budget including invoicing


Qualifications:

- Candidate must be a creative thinker and team player with a solid knowledge of marketing and media business
- Must be resourceful, proactive, detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5 years marketing experience, preferably in media/advertising
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Possess working knowledge of research tools (MRI, Ad Measure, MMR, ABC, PIB, @plan, comScore, etc.) a plus
- Digital experience and understanding of Shopper Marketing industry a plus
