Digital Media Sales Operations
BASIC FUNCTIONS:The Digital Media (DM) Sales Coordinator is the primary contact for Online campaign maintenance and general DM transactional support for the DM Sales team per directive of Digital Media Sales Operations Manager. Critical functions include processing and maintaining Online orders for all NCC sales, as well as other types of DM orders that require specific processing guidelines. A complete understanding of all DM Platforms and Products is necessary. Thorough knowledge and practice of accurate order stewardship and business process is required. Customer Service skills are crucial.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:•Review and validate Online Insertion Orders (IO) received from NCC Sales.•Collaborate with Sales and their respective regional eBiz trainers on any necessary corrections to the IOs.•Process and schedule Online orders through NCC applications and transmit to the affiliate for review and acceptance on Affiliate.spotcable.com.•Monitor orders to ensure confirmation by the affiliate.•Ensure that DM campaigns are booked properly and running as ordered via reporting. •Aggregate online campaign reports from each Affiliate on weekly basis to review with sales and submit performance report to client. Reporting format must be consistent.•Review and analyze pacing, Click-Thru Rate (CTR), and market level performance to optimize accordingly with sales and the affiliate in a timely manner.•Steward all campaign revisions and optimizations accurately and promptly.•Assist the DM Sales Operations Manager and Analysts with campaign reconciliation and delivery confirmation.•Attend all relevant Sales, BD, and DM Department meetings.•Assist with projects as directed by the DM Sales Operations Manager.•Assist with other duties as assigned.EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:•College degree preferred. •Previous experience working in a professional office-setting preferred.•Must be proficient in Microsoft Applications. •Accuracy, excellent organizational skills and ability to problem solve are essential.•Must be detail oriented and must be able to meet strict deadlines.•Excellent written/oral communication skills required.•Ability to deal professionally, courteously, and efficiently with both cable systems and agency clients is essential.JOB STATUS: ExemptNo Phone Calls Please.
