Future US, Inc. is seeking an advertising Campaign Manager to join the Ad Operations team. This position requires the candidate to work with internal teams and clients to traffic, optimize, and provide reporting data and analysis for advertising campaigns. The Campaign Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of ad campaign including set up, QA, and day-to-day tactical tasks associated with execution and launch. Excellent project management, technical and ad trafficking skills are required. Candidates should be familiar with technologies such as HTML, Flash, RM vendors and JavaScript.

Responsibilities:

•Trafficking sold campaigns into DFP according to the agreement outlined on the IO
•Monitoring placements and campaigns for performance and delivery; developing continuing strategies to increase advertising product performance
•Investigating and resolving delivery/performance issues
•Working with inside Sales team to coordinate the delivery of creative assets with advertising clients
•Reviewing and approving advertiser creative materials based on Future’s ad spec guidelines
•Producing various analytical and status reports using web-based reporting tools
•Maintaining information databases and electronic filing systems
•Providing and analyzing 3rd party and internal reports as needed throughout the life of a campaign
•Maintaining inventory availability forecasts and e-letter availability schedule and advising sales executives and account managers on availability forecasting, campaign performance, and optimization opportunities
•Providing ad-related technical support to both internal teams and clients
•Performing QA on all campaign creative before launch and providing test sites to clients when applicable

Requirements and Skills:

•Must possess a BS/BA degree with a minimum of 1 to 2 years’ of internet business experience
•Previous online ad trafficking experience strongly desired
•Technically savvy and proficient with Internet technologies; outstanding customer service skills and proactive in identifying and solving problems
•Extensive DoubleClick DART DFP Experience. Ad trafficking Expertise on a large commercial website is a must, and working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript and Excel
•Excellent communication skills
•The ability to multitask in a fast paced and challenging working environment
•Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment in performing the creative and management aspects of the position.
