Primary responsibilities included but not limited to:
•Design and produce digital marketing materials for Sales and Editorial initiatives, including HTML e-blasts, HTML newsletters, PDF sell sheets, web/banner ads, web landing pages, and PowerPoint presentations
•Design and produce print marketing materials for Sales and Editorial initiatives, including print ads, flyers, booklets, and media kits, working directly with printers as needed
•Design and produce promotional materials for trade show events, including small and large signage, postcards, bookmarks, giveaways, print collateral, house ads, and PowerPoint presentations
•Occasionally manage the design/creation of other supporting materials via third party vendors.
•Maintain visual/branding continuity for all aspects of marketing campaigns across assorted media and initiatives
•Update and maintain the design/content of event-focused websites within a Wordpress environment
•Occasionally manage other live and virtual event logistics, including collection of sponsor, attendee, and incoming registration information, as needed
•Work collaboratively with all departments to fulfill these responsibilities in a way that optimizes workflow and supports company-wide strategies and goals

Skill Necessary:
•Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver & Acrobat)
•Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint_
•Experience with emailing software preferred but not required (Constant Contact, StrongMail or MailChimp)
