You will be responsible for the implementation, execution, support, and analysis of the paid search strategy. You will work with the marketing, account management and sales teams on client satisfaction to renew existing clients and increase sales.
Responsibilities
•Manage a rapidly growing annual paid search marketing budget with focus on patient lead generation for physician clients
•Oversee a team of individuals in the overseas location to assist with campaign creation, launch and optimization
•Oversee creation of landing sites and help drive content strategy
•Conduct medium to large keyword and content driven PPC campaigns across multiple brands
•Launch, monitor, and revise campaigns
•Act as Liaison with Engine and Vendor reps and manage relationship for EH with these contacts
•Develop, manage, and coordinate campaign strategies
•Facilitate and manage forecasting, budgeting/pacing, campaign creation and optimization
oCreate and distribute regular reporting on all paid search metrics, including costs, volume, placement, keywords, and copy testing
•Work with Account team to set specific campaign ROI/budget goals and communicate to execution teams to ensure campaign work is built on time and on strategy
•Formulate and implement bidding strategies to meet ROI goals and then implement those strategies
•Analyze ongoing results to identify campaign trends and key insights to help meet and exceed client goals
•Continuously recommend ideas/strategies/tactics and formulate campaign optimization plans with the project team
•Direct the creation of ad copy for use in copy testing
•Work cross functionally with the Management, Content, Design, Web Development, and Technology teams to optimize for Organic Search: template design, page construction, meta tag placement, keyword density, link architecture and structure, page naming conventions, content, SEO copywriting effectiveness, and overall spider friendliness of the Waterfront Media network of sites
•Direct implementation of SEO best practices with internal technical team
•Employ quality assurance principles to ensure campaigns are launched and operating as planned
•Stay abreast of new tools, trends, and best practices in the search industry
Qualifications
•Strong Direct Marketing skills with 3+ years in the online channel
•Experience managing SEM campaigns on Google, Bing & Yahoo
•Experience with Google Analytics and 3rd party analytics platforms such as Omniture
•Experience in developing, implementing, and managing SEO operations a plus
•Ability to collaborate as a team as well as to work independently
•Ability to perform in-depth analyses using core marketing metrics and implement changes to improve campaign performance
•High attention to detail
•Strong analytical skills and business acumen
•Good communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to multi-task while meeting tight deadlines
•Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
•Solid project management skills and cross functional coordination experience
•Bachelor’s degree
•Google AdWords Certified a plus
•Experience with Kenshoo a plus
